After 14 years on Ratebeer it's time for a change of scene! I enjoy all styles of beers, accept for the crappy industrial lager stuff. Not especially keen on the race for 70,000 ticks. More interested in discovering new flavours and experiences. Cheers, Brian

50 cl bottle at Café Knuth's Skagen. Hazy, amber-golden colour with a few white bubbles on top. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, grasses, a spiced note and a herbal hoppy bitterness. Lightly floral. Wheat malts and pilsner malts. The taste is light sweet. Medium body, somewhat flat for the style. Slightly drying fruity finish with a herbal hoppy note. Feels home brewed.

50 cl bottle picked up at Meny Otterup poured into a snifter glass. This is 2025-version at 8.5 % abv. Hazy golden colour with a thin white head. Sweet aroma with pears, grasses, tropical impressions, and stone fruits. The taste is light bitter. Medium to full body. Drying, rich fruity-juicy finish. Sweet, even for a NEIPA. Neat sipper.

No reviews! I thought that this was a website for connoisseurs. 1,5 l PET bottle. Pale, almost transparent golden colour, no head. Sweet aroma with apple juice and sugar. The taste is sweet. Light body, fizzy carbonation. Short sweet finish. Apple soda with very little cider character.
