Gerbeer Profile

473 ml can. Pours a turbid brownish amber with moderate head. Aromas of dankish hops leading towards Mosaic, orange pith and wheaty malts. Flavors of same though hops leading. An ugly looking, poorly labelled hazy that happens to be hop focused.

473 ml can. Pours a hazy mahogany color with moderate head. Aromas of spruce, caramel, bittering hops and bready malts. Flavors follow same with a bit of pine coming through. Simple and malty.

Brewed by Central City in Surrey, BC Canada. 500 ml can. Pours a bright gold with full head. Aromas of dry toasty Pilsner malts, corn syrup, and a bit of sulphur. Flavors of biscuity malts, grain and corn syrup. Malty and sweet. OK for the ABV.

473 ml can. Pours a dark brown with full tannish head. Aromas of creamy coffee, nuts and soft roasted malts. Fkavirs follow same with emphasis on nuts. Not getting much of the maple syrup other than sweetness.

355 ml can. Pours a bright gold with lots of carbonation. Aromas of fresh cut apples and perfumey oak. Flavors of woody oak, earthy grapes and dried apples. The oak overwhelms and doesn’t improve or complement the base cider.
