(Draught at Beer Temple, Amsterdam, 15 Aug 2025) Yellow colour, slightly hazy, with brief frothy white head. Fruity, slightly funky nose with citrus, peaches and herbs. Fruity, slightly tart taste with notes of peaches, passionfruit, citrus, wood and funky yeast. Hardly any bitterness. More than medium body, dry. Tasty and refreshing with a good funky acidity. Very nice.

(Can) Cloudy golden amber colour with foamy, off-white head. Hoppy nose with pineapple, citrus, sponge cake, herbs and spices. Hoppy, fruity taste with notes of pineapple, citrus, tropical fruit, white bread, spices and a balanced citric/herbal bitterness in the finish. Medium body, quite sweet. Fresh, smooth and juicy. Very nice.

(Draught at Beer Temple, Amsterdam, 15 Aug 2025) Black colour with brief, beige head. Malty, roasted, vinous nose with notes of sweet espresso, cacao, liquorice, bourbon and oak wood. Malty, roasted, vinous taste with sweet espresso, cacao, soy sauce, liquorice, bourbon, oak wood, a touch of tar and a generous coffee bitterness in a warming finish. Full body, sweet. Rich, tasty and mellow. Age has probably softened off the edges a bit. Excellent balance. Great beer!

(Draught at Beer Temple, Amsterdam, 15 Aug 2025) Cloudy golden colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with mango, pineapple, peaches and grapefruit. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of pineapple, mango, grapefruit, pine needles, white bread and a balanced citric/herbal bitterness. Almost full body, with a touch of sweetness. Rich and juicy, with a fresh hop character. Quite soft, not very sharp. Very nice.

(Draught at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam, 15 Aug 2025) Reddish brown colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, smoky nose with notes of bread, wort, dried fruit, raisins and some smoked ham. Malty taste with bread, chocolate, coffee, dried fruit, smoke, a touch of tar and a mild herbal bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Rich, but well balanced, smoky character. Very nice.

(Can) Dark brown colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with notes of dark bread, tobacco, dried fruit, coffee, treacle, nuts and a touch of tar. Malty, roasted taste with dark bread, tobacco, cacao, dried fruit, raisins, coffee, liquorice, nuts and a balanced roasty bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and well balanced porter. Nice one.

(Can) Hazy amber colour with foamy, tan head. Malty, hoppy nose with dried apricots, orange peel, bread, spices and resin. Malty, hoppy taste with notes of dried apricots, bread, orange peel, grapefruit and a balanced spicy/resiny bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Well balanced and straight-forward IPA leaning in the malty direction. Nice one.

Fruity, tart taste with notes of oak wood, citrus, white wine, peaches and hints of Champagne. No bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tart, woody and winey. Interesting. Nice one.
