hazy-ipa dusty hoppy aroma, neutral to herbal and burnt-hoppy.
flavor is nicely hoppy bitter, in a tempered way, herbal bitterness, and soft nutty crisp malts to balance. Some of the flavors reminds me of spanish lager like san miguel, most of them are more like an ipa of course, but while it is a bit boring when thinking of all the good double ipas and the few good hazy ipa's out there, the beer finds it place as a tastier alternative to more traditional spanish lager.. perhaps it's the low but somewhat metallic and herbal bitterness that makes me get this crazy association.

armoa of roasted malts, chocolate cookies, toffee, bourbon. mellow velvety aroma, but alc. is sticking out a bit.
Flavor quite nice nice, chocolate, coffee, roasted malts, honey or coconut or syrup, bitter dark caramel (would rather not have this) . end is lacking a serious roasted malty aftertaste, instead i get a watery borbonish meh..
decent bourbon BA imp stout, but not the best. at least not now, 5yrs after botteling.

Hazy yellow, large creamy offwhite to light yellow head.
really nice juicy citrussy hop herbal pine, grapefruit , neutral to slightly bready malts aroma. aroma hints fullbodied flavor-bomb, anything but watery.
flavor is slightly bitter hoppy, citrus fruit juicy, some hop bitterness in the end, but subdued, white bready malts, well balanced, flavors combine to a whole, mouthfeel is thick , velvety, not at all watery, yet there is a mineral watery freshness to the mouthfeel and taste. there is some dryness in there. There are some exotic fruity notes that moves the citrus fruity juiciness a bit towards the sweet side, but it manages to stay away from getting cloying. i could do without the fruity sweetness though. says on the can "Dangerously drinkable" I agree. this one goes down quickly, so better hit op a google sheet to keep track of the ABV's you drink. alc. well hidden. This one on tap at a family gathering would make a very lively and chaotic gathering for sure.

1 pint 9fl oz bottle found in kioskh at an unholy price
aroma is roasted malts, notes from the barrelling woody notes, booze, honey. overall great roasted malty barrel agedd aroma with finer notes from the maple syrup. bit boozy though.
loos awesome black with a dark brown smooth head that lasts for a while.
flavor is roasted malts, maple syrup, wood, booze, faint charred woody note in the aftertaste, long roasted malty aftertaste. Flavor is really well balanced and not boozy as the aroma was, the end is really nice with the increasing burnt wood note. the beginning of the flavor hints at the booze and the maple syrup.

super nice hoppy aroma dominated by pine needles and sweet citrus fruit. also some exotic fruit. solid sweet malty base, from aroma, the beer feels fullbodied.
Flavor is sweet bordering marmelade sweet fruity hoppy, but still with a potent pine and grapefrut bite in the end. the sweet fruity thing is too strong, but the pine grapefruity bitter end makes the beer quite drinkable anyways , you endure the sweetness at first then enjoy the long everlasting bitter hoppy aftertaste. Super high quality, rating is lower bc i'm not too good with sweet fruits. With only small adjustments away from orange marmelade , this beer would be absolutely fantastic

mild to medium strength hoppy citrus fruity aroma. clementines. fine herbal piney stingy sort of note in the hops. crisp malts.
flavor is orange marmelade, faint pine hoppy note, has a marmelade feel to the flavor more than a beer feel. apart from the marmelade / wine gums thing, the beer is refreshing and crisp and well done as track usually is. But the marmelade sort of ruins it quite a bit. ends not very bitter at all.

Slightly hazy to cloudy yellow, white creamy head
Aroma is traditionally citrussy hoppy with clear herbal hoppy bitter notes like pine and grapefruit. As an old-fashioned dude, this aroma really clicks. Ipa like I the way back when dates. Flavor is super easy drinking, not bitter at all but with somr notes from the citrussy hops. Feels a bit watery.. sessionable 6.0 % er , but you can get more flavor at less volts with many many other beers.
Suitable perhaps at a metallica concert where you would not like the music to be distracted by the beer
The beer is crisp and easy drinking for sure.

aroma of oranges, peaches, citrus fruits, sweet sugary malts. alc. totally hidden, it's all malts and exotic fruity hops. quite well done.
cloudy yellow, smooth creamy white head.
Flavor also hides the alc. well, and is a lot of sweet malts as well as a lot of exotic fruity hops. The hop bitterness is quite low.
The strength of the tripel ipa can be felt and sensed in the flavor, which is very full bodied , quite complex and very very far from water.
very very good for a NEIPA style beer.

2018 bottle, tasted 2025..dark brown, fizzy brown to light brown head that soon goes away.
mild and tempered roasted malty aroma with notes of fine mellow velvety booze, chocolate. not sure if the booze or the age but this one is milder and less complex in the aroma than their 30yr anniversary i tasted just before. charred wood, wood, sweet licorice. no alc bite. quite okay aroma but a bit too neutral and mild.
Flavor is sweet syrup or honey, roasted malts, sweet licorice, wood, faint toasted malts, very velvety and blended, tastes like the best gourmet luxury chocolate dessert cake you can imagine. The bourbon is detectable as part of the great taste, i noticed it more after a few sips and after having identified the other stuff. The bourbon is actually quite tastable once identified. like an iceberg.. you only notice the top first.
flavor is bordering too boozy, but only bordering. could be better if it was a bit less boozy.

dark dark brown with a brown small head.
strong aroma, sweet bourbon, roasted malts, licorice, brown sugar, faint mouldy coffee, faint sweet honey. alc. is strong and notiacble, but not in the way or dominating or phenolic.
pretty solid imp stout Borubon BA aroma
flavor is roasted malts, salt licorice, coconut, bourbon, rustic woody notes that can be felt both in texture and flavor - mostly in texture, end is roasted malty, strong and woody. pretty solid BA imp stout, classic, not pastry, reasonably not so sweet. Interesting to mix 4 kinds of jim beam barrels, but would perhaps be even more interesting with unrelated barrels.
