aroma seems to be a bit artificial citrussy and geniously hoppy. powdered sugar. however, pretty nice aroma overall and quite fine for a nonalc. aroma is crisp.
flavor is very quenching and very hoppy, very crisp, very dry, good malty flavor, tons of hops on top of that, but flavorful dry crisp yet flowery sweet hops, witha nice armatic bitter end.
A lot better than expected flavor from a nonalc.

pours a thick black, settles with no head, black.
solid brown cakes, dark chocolate cake aroma. chewwy aroma, coconut. borubon. Flavor is super smooth, quite pastry but the bourbon is carried really well, and the beer does not come off as boozy, rather very smooth. oily thick mouthfeel, i think the added vanilla, and hazelnut stands out a bit too much, it's like these two are not super well integrated with the other flavors. the add character of course, especially the hazelnut. the coconut add a toasted coconut flavor to the already coconut like note you often get from bourbon BA stouts. This is a very good ba bourbon stout and a very very good pastry stout.

Extremely well balanced aroma of blueberries and cherry like notes as well as honey.
flavor is very soft and velvety and non-bitter honey mead with a well integrated fine blue berry note.the two mixed have finer notes like white chocolate, but mostly just awesome honey with an awesome blueberry twist. it's insane it is this flavorful at just 10% abv. might be the best mead i've ever tasted.. clearly one of the very best.
