Aroma of wild beer, bergamot, hay. Very biere saison or farmhouse wild like, subtle citrussy notes keep it interesting and refreshing
Flavor is citrus oranges or clementine, tea , sweet herbal notes. Not enough of the flavors from the base beer but otherwise interesting and enjoyable.

clear caramelly brown, small light brown head.
aroma is malty, sweet malty, nutty malty, caramelly, very very faint fruity, faint "brunkager," "pebernødder" (brown cakes) coconut.. opens up a lot when it warms up. very good barleywine aroma. not US hoppy, this is the original kind of barleywine.
flavor is nutty malty, browncakes, browncake spices like cardemom, cinnamon, the flavor is somewhat more spicy than the aroma, it does feel like it was spiced up just too much, leaving the malts having a hard time showing off.

aroma of herbs, hay, wild yeast and tea. not bad. very yeasty/wild. Yey it behaves as if things are under control.
flavor is very nicely wild and citrussy with notes of lemongrass and lemon making the beer seriuously tart, with an already i think quite sour base to begin with. refreshing and totally sour if you're into that sort of beer. Aroma did not at all hint at the sourness awaiting.
In the end the lime is almost too much, drowing out the more nuanced notes of the wild ale.

75cl bottle to go from gramophone bar hazy light pink and red, white head.
really nice tart sour beer aroma, mild grapes note. rose' wine.
flavor is tart and herbal, the herbal note is sort of a bit like tea - the base beer is slightly sour and also quite wild. however, not THAT yeasty, more wild than yeasty. vry funky, not quite as refined as good lambic, but a very decent wild, if you like them funky and wild. works partially for me. the beetroot one was better.

Strong hoppy aroma with citrus fruits pine and grapefruit
Flavor is pineapple , oranges , exotic fruits, sweet malts, very strong flavored hops , okay malts to balance. Flavor wise more a tripel ipa than a tripel hazy. Even got a flowery note to the flavor. Alc well hidden, but you do sense it's a bomb

dark brown to almost black, brown head.
mild roasted malty aroma, faint cola nut, faint coconut, very slightly salty.
flavor is dominated by english licorice, slighlty slaty english licorice, on top of that, roasted malty bitterness, faint coconut, a faint alc. burn, hops almost not noticeable, but probably adding depth and character without you noticing. At 12.5% it holds its alc well and does not come off as boozy. if anything it may be seen as slighlty peppery but in general, generous use of ingredients create enough flavor to cover the alc. i think i get a bit of wood also, perhaps the beer has been treated with wood chips - it's not your usual wood barrel feel.

aroma is faint, citrus fruity, slightly yeasty, quite herbal (could be the tea), bit hay and grass. yeasy and citrus fruits dominate - the entire beer comes off as mild and watery.
flavor is yeasty, sour beer (pretty nice sour beer base, bit yeasty and herbal but very rustic and wild - yet also reasonably balnced and smooth). i also get faint citrus fruits throughout and perhaps a note from the tea. The tea is quite in the background.
decent tea flavored sour, mild, easy drinking, perhaps a bit boring.
