tostada indeed. dark to maghony brown very light brown to beige head. looks like a dark vienna or a brown ale
aroma totally dominated by cola nut aroma. should i guess, i was having a cocacola with a slice of resh lemon, cola wine gums. quite unexpected.
flavor is cola nuts, faint lemon, faint nutty malty note. could easily pass for a cola of some sort, except the beery head. examining further i do get a malty beery backbone but the main flavor for me is cola wine gums.

Been here frequently when on vacation and they have without any comparison at all the most interesting beer collection in town. expect the good spanish craft beers from the mainland to cost you 10 to 15 euros each, though. that's several times more than a local craft from the canary islands. I think i saw jaira in the fridge, they are likely way cheaper than the "imported" stuff that was brewed 3000 km away.
Service is fine, as you'd expect in what more or less is a hipster cafe that happens to have one of the best selections of good beer on the island. Located from a place where you are able to just barely see the ocean in one direction, large hotel buildings around, on a busy but not too busy street with pretty good restaurants nearby. The location is quiet enough that you can sit and relax and take in the sounds of the city as well as the awesome playlist that always plays something interesting where you think who the h** is that?? it's like a music afficinado made that list, not mainstream and not pop, but very hipster in its own way. smoking allows all over outdoors but in general not a problem as there a many places to sit and relocate to. seating is covered in case of rain, tvs watchable from all seats, showing soccer matches. They also do drinks which i have not tasted ( I only have one liver, barely), but looked like hipster drinks and looked great.
opening times are super generous, they're practically always open so no matter when you would kill for a triple hazy from SOMA, you can go there instead of comitting a crime. You can buy beer to take away, but prices are the same i think.
haven't tried the food, but it looks yummy

hazy yellow, smooth yellow head
mild citrussy hoppy and piney hoppy aroma. but quite faint
flavor is very nicely juicy hoppy with a full bodied but not very powerful malty backbone, a bit white bready, still feels very dry, and the hops are juicy, citrus fruity, well hoppy flavorful bitter, but also quite mild and faint at the same time. things balance well, and you get to savor the hops without the beer being brutal in any way. in a way, tastes a bit like a single-hop beer (although it is multi hop) where the beer intensity is toned down a bit to showcase the hops better.you can easily taste that this beer was made with no corners cut and ingredients were generously used. A very drinkable and enjoyable hazy. At an ABV level where it could become very very dangerous as they go down real quick.

clear yellow, white head
aroma is crisp and dry like a lager but with a lot of pine needles hops.
flavor is malts, fruity malts, citrus fruity hops, apple, pine and pilsener hoppy ending. the fruitiness is a bit weird, the pine and pilsener hop bitterness does not match up very well, all in all i think the beer is a bit unbalanced and strange. i've had much cleaner (reg. hop profile) west coast lagers. it's more like a crisp dry lager that is then hopped like a british ipa. which is not THAT west coast that i was thinking about.
nevertheless, well done, crisp, dry, pleasing lager, just a bit weird with the hops, also the faint fruity notes i think could be from malts are weird. water treatment is super quenching mineral watery. a very special beer.

Hazy brown, smooth light brown head.
Nice deep malty and us hoppy aroma, bit like a brown ipa if there was such a thing. Solid aroma yet still refreshing. Yeasty notes in the Aroma.
Flavor is very malty, nutty malty , touch of hard roasted malty, coffee, us hoppy balance that does not steal the show but makes the beer a lot more refreshing
