For me one proper and honest beer review is more worth than 100 ticks without any relevant content. It’s all about respect for the beer and the craftmanship behind. I will always try to do my best for a proper rating than playing the number game.

Can @ Dr. Beer. Unclear pale yellow golden body under a lacing white head. Dominated by tropical and citric fruits. Zest, acidic grapefruit and decent bitterness. Nice and very refreshing.

Bottle @ Dr. Beer. Unclear brown body under a tan head. Caramel malt, dry fruit, spicy yeast. Reminds a bit of a Belgium dubbel. Decent.

Bottle @ Cafe Pardaf. Black body with almost no head. Aroma and taste of dark malt, coffee, wood and dark chocolate. Nice balanced bitterness and surprisingly mild alcohol considering the hi ABV. All over smooth and nice.

TAP @ Cafe Pardaf. Dark brown, almost black body under a thin beige head. A rather mild version of a pastry stout with roasted malt, chokolate and alcohol. Nice, bold and not too sweet.

Bottle 2023 vintage @ Café Pardaf. Amazingly smooth lambic with mild funk, perfectly balanced acidity, slightly sweet and some pepper in perfect balance with the beer itself. Fine balanced body as well, with a long lasting, smooth and pleasant aftertaste. This was really nice and quite original.

Tap @ the brwepub. Quite straight forward, slightly gentle blond. Not too sweet and with moderate bitterness. Not so much more to say about this really.
