Dull haze, medium head. Off-dry malt, still a touch sticky. I definitely want more bitterness and more dryness.

Pale, slightly dull. Sweet, sticky, doesn’t get it done, almost like stuck fermentation or something.

Very dark brown. No head. Rich and boozy, big chocolate and the chiles are cascabel, chipotle. Fat malt tang. Cinnamon and chile come in late.

Pale amber and just a slight haze. Thin head. Some brett and a bit of acetic. Tart, quality, some stone fruit. More sour than grisette.

Had this at Toronado. Chestnut brown, thick head. Big barrel, soft fruitiness, lots of tannins but the armangnac / cognac character shows through. Burly and refined at the same time.
