Well, it doesn't look good. Super thick. Has a weird aroma, though, some unpleasant fermentation. And also vanilla and strawberry. Ok, thick, a bit tart, strawberry, it's simple, not sure I get mochi specifically but that's fine. It's absurd and all.

Amber, with some haze. Medium head. Berryish, fruity hop overtone with rich crystal malt, lots of bitterness, grapferuit rind, bit of pine, all the classic notes. Not that far off from Spirit of Dixmas, actually.

Amber and a murky sort of haze. Medium head. Yeasty, some toasty notes. Medium body and balanced bitterness. Simple malt profile but for me it’s more the yeastiness that’s not sitting well.

Hazy, pale. Not much head. The aroma has some oxidation but also lots of stone fruit. Fairly bitter, decent pale malt, quite a bit of sweetness. Bitter. grapefruit and a touch of mint in the finish. And this has peach, plum that sort of thing. I feel like it's a couple points lower than when it first came out, but not that much.

Dark brown. Artificial nose, nuts and chocolate on that, but really not giving the good vibes with all that artificiality. On the palate, some coconut, a bit of nuttiness, bitter chocolate, light alcohol. Good complexity, the artificiality isn't as pronounced on the palate, and that lets the balance of the elements come together well.

Hazy pale amber. Lots of head. Aroma makes you stop...different character than other gueuze. It's lemony and leathery, light pedio. High carbonation, honeyish, florals, with light acidity, brisk citrus, good horseblanket, too. I'm liking that they pulled a unique character, but also that it has so much complexity and depth. Ok, definitely want to follow these guys.

Ok this looks awful…murky oxidized tan. Smells fine. Taste is watery, low bitterness, no complexity and no rakau. Yikes

Dullish bronze. Thin head. Malts aren’t great, bitterness is low, it seems like a fermentation thing, and it really doesn’t allow the talus to be fully expressed.
