Dark and inky. Nice rich umami, chocolate, cacao, with a luxurious Willett character. Deep, rich, again this is luxurious. Dark, almost burnt notes, meaty, goes on for days.

Hazy, dullish orangey tan sort of colour. The nose has a lot of nectarines and it's really quite acetone/phenolic. Definitely sour. Wood glue, nectarines, I'd say there's less overt acetone on the palate. But it's still quite phenolic, like hard to blend that out and it sounds like they didn't try to.

Dark brown. No head. Rich aroma with dark malt, dates, black sugars with a lot of bright, appetizing coffee. This has a big sugary note, slight acidity, mellow barrel, lots of coffee. The sugars are again complex, and there's a fair bit of depth. Excellent.

Dullish, pale tan. Thin head. It's got a bit of brett on it, nice floral, citrusy hop accents. On the body, very soft, low carbonation, although maybe a bit of somewhat harsh graininess.

Medium brown, no head. The aroma has a rich malt, lots of rye, and some lighter citrusy notes. Quite rich, lots of rye, good bitterness, light chocolate. I like this rye character, and it doesn't go overboard on any element. Nice subtle yeast character.

Pale and slight haze. Somewhat of a dullish yellow. There's some lemongrass, lacto, a bit of lemony, floral hops. On the palate, it's bright, the lemony notes shine, the hops lending a nice floral touch, and the vinous barrel character is really nice, rounds it out. The acidity goes juicy and clean, too. Well-balanced.

Pale and slight haze. The aroma is full of citra, I'm going leeks on this one. This has a sweet pale malt character, medium bitterness. The motueka comes out a lot more on the palate, there's some orangey notes as well, and while's there's still citra but

Light brown, doesn't look like a Baltic. It has a bit of toastiness, sort of off-dry. A decent dunkel, certainly nothing Baltic. It drinks decently, has a bit of malt complexity. Not much for malt richness, but it's solid. Just not to style.

Slight haze. Pale amber. No head. Lots of smoke on the aroma. Lots of smoke, mellow soft pale malt. Lowish bitterness. The malts could stand to be a bit more robust but the smoke rolls nicely on this.
