Dark brown. Brandyish aroma. The palate is thin, as usual for a European imperial stout. The brandy lends a nice sweetness and vinous note, but it really lacks the malt and alcohol framing .So for me, the base is weak, the treatment not bad, but the overall structure is a bit of a miss.

Slight haze, nice floral notes. Slightly honeyish on the palate, certainly the malt character. It's okay.

Dark brown, aroma seems fairly boozy, harsh. On the palate, the alcohol is prominent, it's boozy for sure. The base stout...it's not rich, and it's fine, rummy and some dark sugars. But to me it stands out for what it is not (refined & complex) than what it is.

Brassy amber colour. Has a nice cryo-extractionated icy apple aroma. On the palate, the creme-brulee pyro-torched apple skins blend well with tannins. Intense, deep acidity, complex apple. Very good stuff.

Dark brown, the aroma is quite fruity, raisins, a bit of chocolate. There's a lot of depth here, with raisins, dates, cookie dough, lots of bourbon, great balance to that barrel character. Alcohol in the finish. Everything comes together really well, nice depth.

Dark brown. The aroma has a lot of vanilla, and some cinnamon. On the palate, lots of chocolate, vanilla, and it's quite sweet. The cherry accent is an interesting.

Purplish-red. Opaque. There's a nice berry accent on the aroma. It seems a bit hoppy on the palate, with berry notes, which I imagine are hibiscus. The base lambic is earthy, some oaky notes. Pretty good. Not a ton of complexity but it's good.

Pale pink and opaque. The aroma has a bright raspberry, seems mild but it's a nice berry character. Mild, a bit wheaty, and a fairly clean raspberry character. Mellow, balanced, I like the raspberry here, nice fruitiness.
