Keg at Pigs Ear BF 2025. Black beer. Thin tan head. Lasting third out of the keg. Thanks to Keane. Big imperial stout aroma. Malty. Soy sauce. Its big heavy. Lots of malt. Some booze. Its big intense and really lovely. I liked it. Some juicy character. Good.

Bottle at Pigs Ear BF 2025. Dark russet brown colour. Thin beige head. Gos that is delicious. Good smoke smoked bacon. Good smoke. Funnily enough I liked the Helles Marzen more. This is too fizzy. Bit angular. And prefer the regular marzen to this too. Its still good but other beers from Heller are better. Its good just not excellent

Bottle at Pigs Ear BF 2025. Hazy copper red dirty. Lasting cream head. Lovely Christmas beer. Some spice some candied fruit some light fruit cake. Some bitterness on the finish. Another winner from De La Senne. Its excellent

Bottle at Pigs Ear 2025. Hazy copper red beer lasting off white head. Smoke aroma but not heavy smoke. Its delicious. Like the helles but fuller in mouth. Fuller in flavour. More smoke but not full on marzen. So drinkable. My new favourite Schlenkerla.

Cask gravity at Pigs Ear 2025. Clear gold colour lasting white head. Good citrus flavour. Grapefruit. Lemon. Flavours. Some bitterness on the finish. Just a lovely citrus yellow fruit flavour blond. Its good.

Cask gravity at Pigs Ear 2025. Black beer thin tan head. Some sweetness. Some cocoa flavour. Some dark chocolate. Not overly sweet and not too much lactose either. Some dryness on tje finish a decent dark chocolate stout. Lacks a bit of condition

Cask gravity at Pigs Ear 2025. Slight hazy gold colour. Citrus aroma. Decent citrus flavour. Tangerines ans satsuma flavour. Light bitterness om the finish. Decent citrus flavours. Yes i liked it.

Cask handpull at New Inn Canterbury. Clear dark brown colour no head. Some treacle on the flavour. Its very malty with a dusty hop finish. Rich fruits. Settles down a bit. Not great carbonation. Some pepper on tje finish. As I say very malty. A true winter warmer of a beer. Gives you rosy cheeks

Cask handpull at County Hotel JDW Ashford dark brown cola blsck beer beige head. Tastes a bit like an old ale some bitterness on the finish. Some dark fruits. Some malty taste. Decent condition and temperature its ok.
