Bottle shared by membership group. Opaque, inky black with nice viscosity, no head or lacing. Aroma is earthy, oaky, spicy bourbon, toffee, cherry vanilla. Taste is spicy bourbon and dark fruit over base malt. Full bodied, thick texture, soft carbonation, no sign of alcohol. Spicy Willett dominates but not necessarily a bad thing.

Bottle pour shared by ClarkVV--thanks, Clark! Inky, viscous, opaque black, no head or lacing. Aroma is strong bourbon, toffee, rye then lighter peanut butter. Taste is strong bourbon, rye, chocolate, some alcohol harshness, later, milder peanut butter, oak. Full bodied, thick texture, average carbonation, some alcohol burn/harshness, finish as taste. Given peanut butter is supposed to be the star of the show, a bit disappointing. Decent but not great.

Can from One Stop Market. Cloudy, light brown-dark yellow with ring of head, no lacing. Aroma is strong citrus, grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, stone fruit. Taste is strong, sweet pineapple, citrus, perhaps leaning sugary sweet. Soft carbonation, finish as taste. Very juicy but perhaps a bit to the sweet, sugary side for those who are averse. Not me.

Taste is grape/white wine, stronger tart fruit than aroma. Smooth texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste. The grape/vinous quality is fantastic. Really, really nice!

Can shared by ClarkVV--thanks, Clark! Clear, bright yellow, nice sparkle, thin head with poor retention and no lacing. Aroma is strong citrus, grapefruit, hint of herb, hint of Pilsner. Taste is strong Pilsner malt, grapefruit, stone fruit. Soft carbonation, finish as taste. Very interesting aroma for a Pilsner. Wish the aroma and taste were reversed and Pilsner aficionados might bemoan Pilsner getting covered up but I like it.
