Smooth and clean caramel malt flavor to match the nose. Easy drinking and very repeatable. Medium body. Above average, lively carbonation. Not bitter. Good beer.

16.9 oz. can from the Costco 2025 German Biergarten Collection. Pours a crystal clear yellow-gold color with a bright white head and great retention. Decent scattered lacing. Lightly sharp pilsner malt aroma. The taste follows the nose: Lightly sharp pilsner malt flavor with a light bitter finish. Smooth, clean, and lightly crisp. Very repeatable. Medium-light body. Medium-light, fine carbonation. Light bitterness. Good beer.

16 oz. can from Total Wine. Pours a dark reddish-brown color with a tight, dense beige head and great retention. Really nice nitro action. Decent, scattered lacing. As expected, it has an orange chocolate aroma. The flavor is similar to the aroma: Dominant milk chocolate flavor with limited orange notes in the finish. Super smooth and creamy nitro texture. A little sweet. Lacking any bitter dark chocolate or roasted barley notes. Medium body. Low carbonation. Low bitterness. Good job of recreating the flavors, yet I wouldn't want a lot of this.

Light bready malt flavor too. Nothing unique, just a smooth, clean, refreshing lager. Medium-light body. Medium-light carbonation. Low bitterness. Nice beer.

12 oz. can from Total Wine. Pours a slightly hazy light yellow color with a large, bright white head and great retention. Less lacing than I expected . Standard pale malt aroma. Pretty standard pale malt flavor too, with a little diacetyl in the finish. Not quite as bready as a German Helles. Smooth, clean, and easy drinking. Medium-light body. Medium-high carbonation. Low bitterness. A nice anytime beer.

The taste follows the nose, with doughy malt flavor throughout. Clean and smooth. Good, yet not memorable. Maybe slightly more body than a typical Helles. Medium carbonation. Low bitterness.

Straightforward pale lager flavor. Slightly sweet. Tastes more like a heavier Helles lager versus a Festbier, IMHO. It's good either way. Nothing special, yet very repeatable. Medium body and medium carbonation. Very low bitterness. Prost!

12 oz. can from Total Wine. Pours a hazy gold color with a bright white head and decent retention. Only a few spots of lacing. Chocolate and cream aroma. The taste follows the nose: Milk chocolate, vanilla, and cream ale flavors blended together, with a little more vanilla flavor than chocolate. Kind of reminds me of a golden stout. Interesting mix. I like the unique profile, yet I wouldn't want a lot of these. Medium body and medium carbonation. Very low bitterness. Well done.
