A dark brown colour, with ruby highlights, a frothy darker-beige head, good stay and a foamy lace ring. Some nice peppery aromas over the roasted malts, and mild dark fruits. Even getting a touch of red licorice. The spiciness of the Carolina Reaper shows up quite more in the flavours. The fruity, toasty maltiness base is present, but the lingering spicy dryness goes on for a while. A very nice, Spiced Imperial Stout that goes down smoothly, but then creates a long lasting peppery finish, warming things up.

Enjoyed on tap at the brewery, on my first visit, last weekend. Hazy, golden colour with a white frothy head, good stay and foamy lacing. A dank nose with nice juicy fruitiness, with a nice blend of citrus, mild zest, hints of peach and white wine. A wet, silky mouthfeel, not overly thick, with a tad dryness in the end. Flavours of citrusy juices, mild zest and a grassy touch. Quite the refreshing TIPA, with great juiciness and light dryness. Maybe goes down a little too smoothly, especially as my first brew of the night :P

Enjoyed on tap at the brewery, on my first visit, last weekend. Hazy, golden-yellow with an off-white head, average stay and light lace spots. A nice blend of citrus in the nose with orange juice, lemon zest and grapefruit peel, juices. A juicy mouthfeel with just a nice, slow-building, light dryness. Lots of citruses in the flavours, with a good balance of zests and juices. Another good, refreshing Double NEIPA, collaboration with Bad Bones, and a nice blend of citruses.

Hazy, golden colour with a tad orangy hue, a bubbly off-white cap, not lasting too long and minimal lace. Big tropical fruitiness in the nose with a little stone fruit and the citrus taking a back row. The fruity tropical notes continue in the taste, with a blend of grassy hops. There is also this herbal touch that is really unique to blend with the rest, but cannot put words to it. Just a really nice herbaceous note. Quite an interesting NEIPA with mostly tropical fruits and this intriguing grassy-herbal touch.

Fairly clean, copper-brown colour with some amber highlights, a creamyish warm light-beige coloured head, good retention and creamy lacing. A sweetish maple nose with some good darker cereal grains balancing things. Some good maltiness in the taste, with mild maple touch from the mushroom, lingering. Some nice roastiness, bread notes and hops in the finish, to cut the sweetness. A very good, lighter alcohol Scottish Ale with the mild maple feel of the chaga mushrooms.

Hazy, golden colour with an orange hue, a bubblyish, warm-white head, average retention and light foamy spots left on the glass. Big grassy aromas with a funky-raisin touch and some citrusy, tropical-stone fruitiness. A juicy mouthfeel, quite wet, with a slow, light building dryness. Getting the raisin notes that are off. Usually from an older IPA, but this one is less than 2 months. Maybe just too many hops, fighting each other. This one is not up there with the Double NEIPAs I like. Sorry.

Clean, golden colour with a white frothy head, good stay and some foamy lacing streaks. A malty, cereal base with a touch of spiciness, some fresh herbal, floral, grassy, and even pine hoppiness. A nice slightly sticky mouthfeel with a good crispness, and dryness in the finish. Becomes a slight, unfiltered at last pour. Flavours are like the nose. Quite a good, refreshing Czech Pilsener that has a lot to offer, yet still stick to the style.
