Bottle. Bready malt aroma with notes of grain, spicy Belgian yeast, herbal hops, floral hops and lemony citrus. Pours cloudy golden colored with a finger of white head that has excellent retention and lacing. Starts with bready malt, herbal hops and grainy malt flavors. Finishes dry, crisp and refreshing with spicy Belgian yeast, floral hops and lemony citrus flavors. Pretty good.

Bomber, 2012 vintage. Rich dark fruit aroma with notes of dates, figs, dark chocolate, roasted malt, licorice, vanilla, oak and bourbon. Pours deep brown with a thin mocha brown head that has little retention and lacing. Starts with rich dark fruit (date and fig), roasted malt, licorice and oak flavors as well as having a rich, full body and slick, viscous mouthfeel. Finishes quite smooth with dark chocolate, vanilla and bourbon flavors. Excellent even after 13 years.

Can. Roasted malt aroma with notes of dark chocolate, earthy rye, grapefruit citrus and pine resiny hops. Pours black with a finger of mocha brown head that has excellent retention and good lacing. Starts with roasted malt. Dark chocolate and grapefruit flavors. Finishes dry with earthy rye and pine resiny hop flavors. Excellent black IPA.

Bottle. Caramel malt aroma with notes of toffee, sweet corn, vanilla, bourbon and oak. Pours clear copper colored with a thin white head that has no retention and little lacing. Starts with caramel, toffee and vanilla flavors as well as having a medium body and smooth mouthfeel. Finishes smooth and a touch boozy with sweet corn, oak and bourbon flavors. Hides the booze dangerously well for a good malt liquor.

Bottle, 2024 vintage. Funky yeast aroma with notes of spicy Belgian yeast, lemony citrus, grassy hops, straw and a bit of barnyard. Pours cloudy golden colored with a large off white head that has excellent retention and little lacing. Starts with yeasty funky spicy Belgian yeast and straw flavors as well as having a lovely mouthfeel. Finishes dry but crisp and refreshing with grassy hops and barnyard flavors. Excellent.

Bottle. Wheat malt aroma with notes of orange citrus, coriander, lemon and clove. Pours cloudy pale golden colored with a large soapy white head that has excellent retention and lacing. Starts with wheat malt, orange and clove flavors. Finishes smooth and refreshing though a touch dry with lemon and coriander flavors. Excellent wit.

Pint can. Peach aroma with notes of lemon, grapefruit, tangerine, orange and pine resiny hops. Pours clear golden colored with a finger of white head that has excellent retention and little lacing. Starts with juicy peach, lemon and tangerine flavors. Finishes fairly smooth but a touch dry with orange, grapefruit and pine resiny hop flavors. Quite nice.
