Can, 2020 vintage. Rich milk chocolate aroma with notes of roasted malt, vanilla, caramel, salt and lactose. Pours deep brown with a thin mocha brown head that has little retention and a thin ring of faint lacing. Starts with rich chocolate, roasted malt and lactose sugar flavors as well as having a rich, full body and silky smooth, decadent mouthfeel. Finishes decadently smooth with caramel, salt and vanilla flavors. Sticky sweet and almost overwhelming, but still luxurious.

Can. Pineapple aroma with notes of mango, grapefruit, tangerine, orange, floral and some pine resiny hops. Pours clear golden colored with a large white head that has excellent retention and little lacing. Starts with juicy pineapple, mango, floral hops and tangerine flavors. Finishes smooth but a touch dry with orange, grapefruit and pine resiny hops. Crisp, refreshing session iPA.

Can, 2024 vintage. Tart strawberry aroma with notes of banana, lactose sugar, oak, rum and vanilla. Pours cloudy golden colored with a thin white head that has little retention and a thin ring of lacing. Starts with banana, lactose sugar and oak flavors as well as having a lively mouthfeel. Finishes tart and quite dry with tart strawberry, vanilla and rum flavors. Interesting sour and pretty tasty.

Bottle, 2024 vintage. Dark fruit aroma with notes of Candi sugar, caramel, toffee, spicy Belgian yeast, banana and clove. Pours deep, cloudy toffee brown colored with a large tan head that has excellent retention and good lacing. Starts with dark fruit, caramel, toffee and banana flavors as well as having a rich, full body and chewy mouthfeel. Finishes impeccably smooth with Candi sugar, spicy Belgium yeast and clove flavors. As always, an excellent quad.

375ml bottle, 2017 vintage. Caramel malt aroma with notes of toffee, dark fruit, molasses, brown sugar, bourbon, vanilla and oak. Pours deep toffee brown colored with a thin tan head that has no retention and no lacing. Starts with rich caramel, dark fruit, molasses and brown sugar flavors as well as having a rich, full body and silky smooth mouthfeel. Finishes quite smooth with toffee, bourbon, vanilla and oak flavors as well as warming booziness at the very end. Excellent!

Bottle, 2021 vintage (I believe). Caramel malt aroma with notes of orange, spicy Belgian yeast, clove, banana, bread and toffee. Pours cloudy golden colored with a large white head that has excellent retention and good lacing. Starts with caramel, orange, clove and bready malt flavors as well as having a rich full body and smooth mouthfeel. Finishes impeccably smooth with spicy Belgian yeast, banana and toffee flavors. Excellent!

Pint can. Dank weed aroma with notes of passion fruit, grapefruit, grassy hops, pineapple and floral hops. Pours clear golden colored with a large white head that has excellent retention and good lacing. Starts with juicy passionfruit, pineapple and floral hop flavors. Finishes quite dry with dank weed, grapefruit and grassy hop flavors. Pretty nice ipa.
