Bomber, 2023 vintage. Chocolate aroma with notes of cherry, coconut, roasted malt, vanilla, whiskey and oak. Pours deep brown with a thin mocha brown head that has little retention and some lacing. Starts with rich chocolate, cherry, roasted malt and oak flavors as well as having a rich, full body and slick, viscous mouthfeel. Finishes quite smooth with coconut, whiskey and oak flavors. Still quite flavorful after almost 4 years.

Bottle, 2025 vintage. Caramel malt aroma with notes of toffee, dark fruit, toasted malt, cocoa and Belgian Candi sugar. Pours deep caramel colored with half a finger of tan head that has excellent retention and decent lacing. Starts with rich caramel, dark fruit and toasted malt flavors as well as having a rich, full body and smooth mouthfeel. Finishes quite smooth with toffee, Candi sugar and cocoa flavors. Definitely lives up the hype, glad I picked some up while I was there.

Pint can. Orange citrus aroma with notes of melon, peach, mango, passion fruit, grapefruit and grass. Pours hazy golden colored with a finger of white head that has excellent retention and some lacing. Starts with juicy mango, melon, peach and orange flavors. Finishes smooth but a touch dry with passion fruit, grapefruit and grassy hop flavors. Pretty good.

Pours dark caramel colored with a thin tan head that has little retention and very little lacing. Starts with rich caramel, dark fruit and oak flavors as well as having a rich, full body and smooth mouthfeel. Finishes very smooth with toffee, vanilla and bourbon flavors. Very nice barleywine.

Bottle, 2024 vintage. Bready malt aroma with notes of pear, spicy Belgian yeast, pepper, clove, grain and banana. Pours clear golden colored with a finger white head that has good retention and lacing. Starts with bready malt, pear, pepper and banana flavors. Finishes dry with grainy malt, spicy Belgian yeast and clove flavors. Excellent Belgian style blond.

Pint can. Orange juice aroma with notes of passion fruit, pineapple, peach and grapefruit. Pours cloudy golden orange colored with a large white head that has excellent retention and some lacing. Starts with juicy passion fruit, pineapple and peach flavors. Finishes smooth and sweet with orange juice and grapefruit flavors. Very fruity and juicy, good stuff.
