Bomber, 2023 vintage. Raspberry aroma with notes of chocolate, roasted malt, vanilla, oak and bourbon. Pours deep brown with a thin mocha brown head that has little retention and basically no lacing. Starts with rich chocolate, roasted malt and oak flavors as well as having rich, full body and silky smooth mouthfeel. Finishes impeccably smooth with raspberry, vanilla and bourbon flavors. Fantastic imperial stout reminiscent of a chocolate covered raspberry.

500ml corked bottle, 2019 vintage. Farmhouse aroma with notes of tart raspberry, funky Brett, vanilla and oak. Pours cloudy burgundy red with a thin tan head that has good retention and excellent lacing. Starts with tart raspberry, farmhouse and oak flavors as well as having a lively mouthfeel. Finishes bone dry and very tart with more raspberry, bretty funk and vanilla flavors. Very nice sour.

Pint can, 2024 vintage. Chocolate aroma with notes of vanilla, roasted malt and coffee. Pours deep brown with half a finger of mocha brown head that has good retention and lacing. Starts with rich roasted malt and chocolate flavors as well as having a rich, full body and silky smooth mouthfeel. Finishes impeccably smooth with vanilla and coffee flavors. Decadent and lots of vanilla, excellent vanilla stout.

Pint can, 2025 vintage. Coffee aroma with notes of vanilla, roasted malt, chocolate and lactose. Pours deep brown with a thin mocha brown head that has some retention and a ring of lacing. Starts with roasted malt, coffee and lactose flavors as well as having a rich, full body and silky smooth mouthfeel. Finishes impeccably smooth with vanilla and chocolate flavors. Fantastic coffee stout, smooth and well balanced.

Pint can. Pineapple aroma with notes of papaya and passion fruit. Pours turbid orange colored with a thin white head that has little retention and little lacing. Starts with juicy pineapple and papaya flavors. Finishes smooth and seeet with passion fruit flavors. Deliciously fruity.

Imperial pint can. Tangerine aroma with notes of vanilla, grapefruit, orange and light floral hops. Pours clear golden orange colored with a finger of off white head that has excellent retention and lacing. Starts with juicy tangerine, orange and grapefruit flavors. Finishes smooth and quite sweet with vanilla and subtle floral hop flavors. Decent and tastes like a creamsicle but really no trace of this being an IPA.
