Pours cloudy golden colored with a large white head that has excellent retention and good lacing. Starts with dried fruit, banana and clove flavors. Finishes smooth and dry with floral hops, coriander and spicy Belgian yeast flavors as well as some warming booze at the very end. Excellent.

500ml corked bottle, 2023 vintage. Tart peach aroma with notes of Brett funk, vanilla, oak and white wine. Pours clear pale golden colored with a thin white head that has no retention and no lacing. Starts with tart peach, Brett funk and oak flavors as well as having a lively mouthfeel. Finishes dry with white wine and vanilla flavors. Wonderful wild ale.

Bomber, 2012 vintage. Rich dark fruit aroma with notes of dates, figs, dark chocolate, roasted malt, licorice, vanilla, oak and bourbon. Pours deep brown with a thin mocha brown head that has little retention and lacing. Starts with rich dark fruit (date and fig), roasted malt, licorice and oak flavors as well as having a rich, full body and slick, viscous mouthfeel. Finishes quite smooth with dark chocolate, vanilla and bourbon flavors. Excellent even after 13 years.
