75cl bottle from Vanuxeem. Pours an opaque murky, slightly pulpy rosey gold. Wild lambic nose. Quite a crisp start, sadly not much rhubarb definition though you get a gentle sense of it, certainly a sharp juicy tang, nice lambic presence, good wild air, bright and sharp, but marked down for the lack of rhubarb definition.

330ml bottle. Pours a hazed, slightly murky gold, small white head. Quite a sweet, pungent hoppy aroma. Excellent Styrian expressions (cardinal, wolf and dragon).. a hint of limey citrus.. nicely hoppy, fresh, sweet.. good stuff

75cl bottle from the producer. Pours a deep hazed purple, still. Aroma brings luscious blueberry, natural and not overly sweet. Soft palate with gentle pulp, medium bodied with good blueberry integration to a medium sweet cider, not overly complex with just enough blueberry shining through. Nicely done.

330ml bottle from Racines, Cassel. Pours a hazed golden colour, small white head. Really delightful grisette, balanced gentle saison yeast, just a light hint of lime which is fine, tho could've benefited from a little more, lovely drop in the September sun 🌞

75cl bottle from Vanuxeem. Drunk listening to Smashing Pumpkins. 7 year aged plus 2 more in bottle. Pours a hazed amber, large off-white head filling the glass. Definitely less sharp and bright than, say, Renée, not to say it's not prickly, just slightly mellow and developed.. some nice ripened fruity touches, woody splinters with revealing layers as it warms.. excellent sipper

330ml bottle from Racines, Cassel. Pours a rosey burnished amber, with a smart white head. Made with actual smoked ham apparently.. can't recall seeing that before.. certainly smoky, smoked wood and ash rose to the top, definite ham notes.. not as smoky as the bateaux beer but still very nice
