minutemat Profile - Brewver (Dev)

Draught @ Beerlovers Bar, Antwerp. Unclear golden yellow appearance with a persistent ring of white foam. Not so sharp, quite mellow with mingling green apple, subtle cheese and hints of farmyard harvest. Ok but being conservative with my score as Zapiain's ciders are usually more impactful than this.

Can from Le Chais. Opaque milky golden orange with a proud white head. Lovely full-bodied haze, no need to run through all the exotic fruits.. nicely presented.

Draught @ BierBuik Mont Noir. Pours with a misty hazed milky pinkish appearance, foamy white head. Very light raspberry nose, flavour profile quite light, bringing strawberry milk notes, soft and easy drinking. An improvement on last time.

Draught @ Bierbuik, Mont Noir. Pours a bold, unclear reddish pink with a pink-white head. Pleasant red berry nose, flavour profile is bright and fruity with prominent redcurrants, blackcurrant taking a back seat. Quite flavoursome compared to their framboise Hardie beer which is quite thin and breezy. Nicely done.

Draught @ Cafe Bellenaert, Bailleul. Pours a thick opaque deep red with a small short-lasting pinkish white head. Luscious red berry nose. Decent whack of berry fruit to taste, some pips, mild tang, not sour at all which is fine, medium to full bodied, light saline tang on the finish. Nice.

440ml can @ Cafe Bellenaert, Bailleul. Pours an opaque gold, well -positioned white head. Great strata showcase, smooth palate, medium to full bodied, moderately sweet tropical character with softening melon. Good stuff.
