Cask @ Salopian. Pours unclear dark, tan head. No salted caramel coming through but definitely quite chocolatey.. as it is it's quite decent, but marked down for the lack of salted caramel.

440ml can @ Salopian. Pours dark, loose tan head. No cherry for me I'm afraid, some chocolate but not jumping out as black forest gateau.. doesn't seem much of an oat influence. Dry bitter close. Like it as a stout but as a black forest stout it's poor.

440ml can at Mum's, thanks Mike for squirrelling this away for me! Pours a generally clear gold, loose white head. Aroma of citrus, grapefruit. Clean, clear flavour profile, moderate citrus notes, crisp citrus, seems a little subdued compared to fresh Kashmir, seems more in line with Jaipur. Fine seshy pale.

Draught @ The Jolly Fisherman, Hastings. Misty gold pour, loose bubbles atop. Vibrant gueuze nose, some green apple, floral notes. Excellent gueuze profile.. crisp with bright effervescence.. really nicely presented

Nice looking pub on the seafront. Inside has a cosy old-style feel that looks like it hasn't changed much in 100 years, we sat by the wood fire near the bar. Hastings is full of these old-style pubs but this has an especially good beer selection. Almost an equal mix of beer and cider which is always a good sign, with local cask, Kernel and even a Boerenerf gueuze! Couldn't pass that up. Tall fridge with a good array of mostly UK cans, some bottles, some Belgian such as Stille Nacht, even Outer Range French haze. Didn't venture further within. Nice range of snacks, jerky and even some whelk and cockles. Great pub.

Draught @ The Jolly Fisherman, Hastings. Unclear golden orange appearance. Nicely natural full fruit cider, unfiltered scuzz, cider barn funk, soft tannin, very flat, nice cider.. not what I normally associate with Little Pomona.

Draught @ The Imperial, Hastings. Pours pale with a pink tint, small white head. Fairly light bodied, thin malt, not a huge pinot presence besides the pinkish hue. Quite weak overall.
