Nice enigma character delivering cantaloupe and pear drops and some light berry accents, Citra tropical and citrus fruit into the mix, juicy and tangy, nice semi sweet malty backing, dry balanced bitter hoppy finish. Very nice.

Murky pale blond colour, compact head. Nice aroma, tropical fruits, fresh. Lean, minimal sweetness, mild starch, i can dig this base for a DIPA on a hot day; aggressive hops, good expression, zest, bitter orange juice; balanced bitterness. Very good.

(473ml can from L'Axe du Malt, Quebec City) Pours . Aroma of sweet and tangy preserved mango, citrus melange that's quite dank like a Tangie hybrid, rice white wine grape, some melon, light bready malt, very cool nose overall. Flavour is drier than the nose might suggest, tangy tangerine and grapefruit, white grape, pineapple, melon, a bit of dankness, round fruity ester profile hinting at green bananas, soft doughy malt, finish is surprisingly tangy with pineapple, citrus, pickled fruit (as czar says), some melon/kiwi and florals, white grape, low bitterness but a little soft peppery greenness. Medium-bodied, slick, softly carbonated. Great DIPA, unique and expressive with good intensity; by far the best hoppy offering I've had from the Hautes-Plaines brewery in a long while.

A hazed orange DIPA with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with resinous floral hops, doughy character, tropical fruit, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, faint peated notes, alcohol warmth, very nice. On tap at Hautes Plaines location.

Hazy golden-amber colour with a frothy white cap, good retention and some foamy-creamy lacing left. Orange juice nose with lemon zest and hints of cilantro, grasses. The mouthfeel is wet, refreshing with some mild dryness in the finish. Citrus peel taste with that touch of herbal, sour cilantro. Dryness keeps on building. Quite a nice DIPA.

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hops undertones with some juicy hops notes also perceptible. Taste is a mix dominated by citrusy hops notes with some juicy hops undertones and light residual sugar notes. Body is full with good carbonation. Enjoyable NEIPA with citrus forward hops showcase.
