0.33 l can from 'Etre Gourmet', best before October 2026. Hazy, golden orange with a thin, slightly fluffy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, sourish, quite fruity and gently funky aroma of overripe lemon, grapefruit, apple, some horse blanket and a touch of white pepper. Slightly sweetish, quite sour, rather fruity and gently funky taste of overripe lemon, rhubarb, grapefruit, apple, some horse blanket and hints of white pepper, followed by a short, quite tart, gently woody-dry finish. Almost medium-bodied, fairly astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very refreshing, but also more acidic than the more refined Gueuzes from Tilquin.

0.5 l bottle from 'Rudat', best before April 2026. Clear, golden yellow with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, slightly floral aroma of grains, some straw and light honey. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, malty, a bit grassy-spicy and a little floral taste of grains, straw and hints of honey, followed by a short, moderately bitter finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Okay.

Slightly sweetish, sourish, quite fruity and gently funky aroma of overripe lemon, hay, white pepper, apple and some horse blanket. Slightly sweet, gently sour, rather fruity and moderately funky taste of overripe lemon, apple, horse blanket, white pepper and some oak, followed by a medium long, quite tart, quite woody-dry finish. Medium body, gently astringent and fairly effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Refreshing, fruit-forward Geuze, very well-balanced.
