0.375 l bottle from 'Hetbiermoment.nl', best before March 2030. Slightly hazy, deep reddish amber with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, sourish, gently fruity and a little funky aroma of caramel, vinegar, rhubarb and light brett. Gently sweet, moderately sour, quite fruity and slightly funky taste of caramel, vinegar, rhubarb, lemon, some honey and light brett, followed by a medium long, gently tart, a little dry finish. Medium body, gently astringent and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Decent sour, not too sour but a little too vinegary, other than that pleasant flavours overall.

0.44 l can from 'Craftbeers', best before November 2026. Almost clear, golden yellow with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, gently grassy-spicy, slightly fruity-floral aroma of grains, some straw and light lemon peel. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, gently grassy-spicy and a bit fruity-floral taste of grains, straw, hints of butter and a touch of lemon peel, followed by a short, gently bitter, minimally dry finish. Almost medium-bodied, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Quite okay, rather classic, a bit monotonous.

0.355 l bottle from 'Craftbeers', 2022 vintage, 11.5% abv. Black, no head. Intensely sweetish-malty, gently roasty, slightly fruity aroma of molasses, chocolate, coffee, bourbon, vanilla and raisins. Rather sweet, malty, moderately bitter, gently roasty, slightly fruity taste of molasses, caramel, praline, mocha, bourbon, roasted hazelnut, raisins, prunes and licorice, followed by a long, gently roasty-bitter, quite boozy finish. Full body, oily mouthfeel, completely flat. Delicious brew, fairly intense and rich, just a bit too sharp. What a brewery this was.

0.33 l bottle from 'Craftbeers', 8.8% abv, best before August 2026. Very hazy, orangeish amber with a massive, foamy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, rather yeasty-spicy, slightly fruity-floral aroma of peach, coriander, vanilla, honey, some banana and light orange peel. Quite sweet, malty, moderately bitter, rather yeasty-spicy and slightly fruity-floral taste of grains, clove, coriander, peach, honey, vanilla, some banana and hints of orange peel, followed by a medium long, moderately bitter, slightly dry finish. Medium to full body, smooth but fairly effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Very spicy, other than that very well-executed. Nice one.

0.33 l can from 'Craftbeers', best before best before February 2027. Very hazy, pale yellow with a medium large, foamy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, quite fruity-floral aroma of pineapple, passion fruit and some gooseberry. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, rather fruity-floral taste of pineapple, lemon peel, passion fruit, some gooseberry and a touch of oats, followed by a short, moderately bitter finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Solid NEIPA, nothing to write home about.

0.75 l bottle from 'Craftbeers', bottled in December 2024. Hazy, golden with a medium large, foamy, almost stable, white head. Slightly sweetish, fairly grassy-spicy, rather fruity-floral aroma of lemon peel, grapefruit and fresh grass. Slightly sweetish, gently bitter, quite dry, rather grassy-spicy and fairly fruity-floral taste of grapefruit, lemon peel, gooseberry, fresh grass and grains, followed by a medium long, quite bitter, rather dry finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Massively refreshing brew, nicely aromatic and dry, very well-brewed. Really good.

Sweetish-malty, gently fruity-resiny aroma of orange jam, tobacco, pine, chocolate and light grapefruit. Quite sweet, malty, moderately bitter, gently fruity-resiny and a little roasty taste of caramel, cocoa, pine, tobacco, grapefruit and orange jam, followed by a medium long, gently bitter finish. Medium to full body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very outspoken brew, the hops probably make it much more interesting.
