0.5 l bottle from local 'Trink & Spare', best before July 2025. Hazy, very dark brownish amber with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, beige head. Sweetish-malty, quite yeasty-spicy aroma of caramel, overripe banana, clove, cocoa and some nuts. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, quite yeasty-spicy, minimally roasty taste of caramel, cocoa, overripe banana, clove, nuts and hints of marzipan, followed by a short, moderately bitter finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Pleasant Dunkelweizen.

Sweetish, slightly malty, slightly fruity-floral and minimally grassy aroma of grains, some lemon peel, hints of fresh grass and a touch of honey. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, slightly grassy and minimally fruity-floral taste of grains, straw, light honey and hints of lemon peel, followed by a short, gently bitter, a little dry finish. Almost medium-bodied, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay.

0.473 l can from 'Beer Republic', 2023 vintage, canned in April 2023. Pitch black with a thin, slightly fluffy, quickly diminishing, beige head. Intensely sweetish-malty, quite roasty, minimally fruity aroma of dark chocolate, mocha, toasted coconut, vanilla, caramel and fruity bourbon. Rather sweet, malty, fairly roasty-bitter, minimally fruity taste of dark chocolate, mocha, toasted coconut, vanilla some fruity bourbon and a touch of roasted hazelnut, followed by a long, fairly roasty-bitter finish. Almost full-bodied, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Good beer, finally a more than decent variant of Speedway Stout after some rather 'mediocre' ones. Superb balance, highly intense and well-matching flavours, great (but subtle) barrel-aging.

0.2 l on tap at 'Alexandros', 4.5% abv, as 'Carlsberg Danish Unfiltered Lager Beer'. Very hazy, amber with a medium large, frothy, stable, white head. Sweetish, slightly malty and a bit fruity-floral aroma of grains, honey and light citrus. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, a little fruity-floral and minimally grassy taste of grains, some honey, light straw and hints of citrus, followed by a short, moderately bitter, a little dry finish. Almost medium-bodied, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Decent lager, at least if as cold as served.

Sweetish, fairly smoky aroma of smoked ham, some ash and a touch of grains. Slightly sweet, gently bitter, fairly smoky and a bit fruity-floral taste of smoked ham, grains, some ash and traces of lemon peel, followed by a short, gently bitter, slightly dry finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice Rauchbier, very well-balanced.

Sweetish-malty, a bit roasty aroma of caramel, cocoa and toasted nuts. Gently sweet, malty, a bit roasty, moderately bitter taste of caramel, cocoa, toasted nuts and a touch of wet leaves, followed by a short, moderately bitter, a little roasty finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay.

Sweetish-malty, a bit fruity aroma of caramel, wet leaves, nuts and light raisins. Moderately sweet, gently bitter, malty and a little fruity taste of caramel, nuts, wet leaves and a touch of raisins, followed by a medium long, gently bitter, slightly dry finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Solid Alt, nicely bitter and dry.

Sweetish, slightly malty and a little grassy aroma of grains, some straw and traces of lemon peel. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, slightly musty and a little grassy taste of grains, straw, some cardboard and a touch of lemon peel, followed by a short, moderately bitter, a little metallic finish. Almost medium-bodied, gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Drinkable but far from great.
