The next beer might even be better. B.C."H." = British Cask "Head" - to be perceived as some disparate lonely looking bubbles, uncertain of their CO² content, and because of their scarcity, of undefinable colour. UFO's: Unspeakable Floating Obscenities MF: NO, that isn't it. That's mouthfeel, in civilized countries. I hereby solemny propose a law to be instated by all beergeeks, -amateurs, -lovers, -tasters, - enthusiasts that forthwith the use of the infernal spice, known as coriander, is forbidden for at least the five first years of brewing, and later only to be tolerated by explicit consent of minimum five different accredited beerorganisations. Infringements ought to be sanctioned by denouncement to the international beerpress and public drainpour of the offending brew.

Sampled as Murauer 530 Jahre 2025 Bierstadtfest Märzen Very good, dense & fine white head, stable over very pale metallic golden beer. Very grassy nose, bit dusty pale malts, and a faraway whiff of arachide - fatty acids? Same in the taste, ultra dry pale malts, sunflower seeds, straw, clover, bitter almond(milk). Ultra dry and hence bit empty. Not very carbonated. Dry Märzen, bit basic. Txs to Stef!

Fluffy off-white head over hazy ochre-orange beer. Bready, plywood, parsley, dry leaves, rainwater. Wet cardboard, faintly toasted malts, plywood. Leafy-bitterish, dry. Rather watery MF, bit slick, medium carbonation. Not Vinohradsky's best, IMHO.

Fast gone whitish head over cold-hazed golden beer. Fine malts, aroma's from watercress or duckweed, bit grassy. Very light bitterness, fine, bit hayish, straw. Toasted cornflakes in the finish. Light body, good carbonation, bit gristslick. Aftertaste has a very fine acidity, wheat-like. Nice, more delicate than many comparable lagers.

Good, dense yellowish head over clear metallic golden beer. Herbal, herb, straw, gorse, partly toasted malts. Malts, toasted and bit peppery. Sweeter finish, going towards cornflakes. Aftertaste however, is lean, bitterish and wet cardboard. Quite slick, not very carbonated, light body. Bit disappointing. Txs to Stef!

Draught Small, fluffy white head over peach juice-coloured beer. Exotic fruit, citruspeel, bit asafoetida. Hopburn, fiery MF,, citrus and other fruitpeel. Bit toasted, vegetable peels. Rather well-bodied, almost viscous. Well-carbonated. I fear the high ABV of this kind of IPA, is often the temptation into hop overdoses.

Irregular, if dense & fine off-white head, rather stable over hazy golden to darker cognac-coloured beer. Islay malt whisky obvious. Salty, dúlamán maorach. Lots of smoke and smoked malts. Dry, phenolic, straw, smoke, smoked grapes (if that makes any sense), fruit on the barbecue. Salty, and warming up sweet and bitter almonds. Not that well-bodied for its potent ABV. Not really watery, but an impression stands. Slick, even a tad sticky. Special one. Txs to Stef!
