The next beer might even be better. B.C."H." = British Cask "Head" - to be perceived as some disparate lonely looking bubbles, uncertain of their CO² content, and because of their scarcity, of undefinable colour. UFO's: Unspeakable Floating Obscenities MF: NO, that isn't it. That's mouthfeel, in civilized countries. I hereby solemny propose a law to be instated by all beergeeks, -amateurs, -lovers, -tasters, - enthusiasts that forthwith the use of the infernal spice, known as coriander, is forbidden for at least the five first years of brewing, and later only to be tolerated by explicit consent of minimum five different accredited beerorganisations. Infringements ought to be sanctioned by denouncement to the international beerpress and public drainpour of the offending brew.

Small greige head over jet-black beer. Peat, Islay whisky, roast, tarred poles. Sweet roast, grains, Islay malt (*). Bit of rubber. Furious alcoholheat; sticky oily feel, full bodied. Very good, absolutely convincing. I confess: I paired it with a shot of Ardbeg 10 years. (*) Ardbeg is also a rather sweet Islay.

Small whitish rim; clear, darker copper beer. Very perfumey, almonds, vanilla, estery. Almondy, amandine and a bit metallic backthroat. Faint alcohol, even enhancing the sweetness. Very slick, but bit empty feel. Feels better carbonated than it looks. Wààày to perfumey, and I don't mean floral. Vanilla version of a tripel. As comparing Zelda to the Witcher. Txs to Stef!

Head soon reduced to white rim over fully hazy pale yellow beer. Asafoetida, lupulin, dark green vegetables (lambs' lettuce?), bit of felt, Irish moss. Fruity, fresh flavour with a present but not overwhelming bitterness, ever so slightly metallic. Again some asafoetida, further citrus peel, grapefruit. Very slick to oily, good carbonation; at least medium bodied. Long lasting flavours. Quite good IPA!

Small, dense white head, stable over very lively carbonated pale golden beer; shards of lace. Bit diary, skimmed milk and green herbs, greenmalt. Rather perfumey nose. Rather bitter with a perfumey flavour, almondy, amandine. Light body for 6.5%; quite slick, creamy MF from the head. Amusing, if generally not more than average.

Good white head, bit fluffy, over hazy orange beer. Yeast, bit of solvent. Smells like a beer in full fermentation, yet on the brink of the BBd...? Banana, even clove, wheataromas. Bitter-grainy flavour, very good albeit again some solvent. Cypress, conifers. Feels well-bodied for only 4%, and really slick. Good carbonation. The solvent is a crying shame, otherwise this would get even higher notes. Txs to Stef!

Slightly aged sample Huge, dense, faintly yellowish head over well-carbonated orangeish golden beer with a delicate pink sheen; lacerings. Spicy, pale malts in front. Dry grains; dry, bit old hops, spices. Very "beery"/pubaromas. Dry, even bit dusty grains and yet a following sweetness - not unlike chewing old bread for some time. Spices obvious, though thankfully way more chamomile than coriander. The chamomile, combined with the lively carbonation lend a much needed freshness. Medium bodied, gristslick, smooth MF. Aftertaste is a tad soapy. Not unmeritorious, likeable, despite mostly run-of-the-mill features.

Towering, very fine & dense, just off-white head, utterly stable over very lively carbonated ochre-golden beer. Very spicy nose, explosive garden herbs and weeds aromas, sparandrap. Iron in the head. Weird spices & herbs (the Bergamotte?), completely overpowering, punch-in-the-face concoction. Bit nauseating sweetness. In the finish kafir lime - the only citrus. Quite slick, oily feel, medium to well bodied, overcarbonated. Aye. After some remarkable better tries, here's old-style Dany again at his hit-and-miss... Txs to Stef!
