MF: NO, that isn't it. That's mouthfeel, in civilized countries.
I hereby solemny propose a law to be instated by all beergeeks, -amateurs, -lovers, -tasters, - enthusiasts that forthwith the use of the infernal spice, known as coriander, is forbidden for at least the five first years of brewing, and later only to be tolerated by explicit consent of minimum five different accredited beerorganisations. Infringements ought to be sanctioned by denouncement to the international beerpress and public drainpour of the offending brew.

Draught Very good, just off-white head over bit orangey, fully hazy yellow beer; rings of lace. Hints at halogens. Fresh hopcones, citrus, resin. Sweet-bitter. Dry, yet fruity character. Citrus/orange/grapefruit - (almost) overload. Resin, orangeliqueur (not Mandarine Napoléon, wàààày drier). Somewhere a hint of coriander. Very oily/viscous feel despite good carbonation. Chewy, long lasting flavours. Good! It's not easy to make a really good TIPA that conserves hopiness and drinkability. This one is a success.

Draught Medium, lacey head, white over darker yellow, fluffy hazy beer. Textbook rings of lace. Hopbales, Hessian sacks, ureum, citruspeel. Rather sweet initially. Hopflavours, citrus and resins, but - again initially - little bitterness. Then the finish gets much drier, and the bitterness suddenly appears to remain throughout. Chewy, oily, viscour, resiny, also in the feel. Good carbonation, well-bodied. Logical following the shark' series. Nice.

Draught Small, lacey white head over utterly hazy yellow beer. Again hopbales, hopcones and some ureum. Citrus, hint of leather. Hops, grains and some diary. Citruspeel and zeste, alternative grains/kernels, cucumberpeel. Quite hopoily/-slick. Gives a chewy impression without any real body. Quite well-carbonated. Nothing really special, but simply a good beer.

Draught Good fluffy ligthly yellowish head over fully hazy yellow beer. Hops, dry hopbales, bit of ureum, fresh hopcones. Bit dry, citruspeel on top of sweet malts/grains. Orangepeel, lettuce stalks. Light body if quite slick & oily, hopoils working. Not very carbonated. Very meritorious light session pale ale.

Draught Fluffy, lacey snowwhite head over fully hazy yellow beer. Lemon, lime, citruspeel, hint of white pepper, even ever so faintly gingery. Very inviting nose. Quite slick, almost viscous with a bitter, citruspeel and very flavourfull character. Light body as expected. Bit creamy from the head, well carbonated. Excellent light beer, though IMHO more a session IPA than a Grisette.

White, medium head, fed by lively carbonated opaque light-yellow beer. Remarkably, I immediately picked up both the jasmine as the clementines, nice. Wild yeasts, Brettanomyces. Bretts and citrus vying for dominance in the taste. Sourish, not aggressive, mycelium, lemon, thyme. Acidthinning and -burn; lively carbonation, somewhat slick. Good sour, without more. Aromas are very nice.

Bottle only claims 11% ABV No head, jet-black beer pouring as motor oil. Alcohol a mile out, even almost paintthinner, solvent; roast. Roast, nuts, roasted hazelnuts, meatroast, dry alcohol, alcohol from the wood. Rum dominates the character. Very dry, viscous, dense. Alcoholheat, fiery. Long lasting flavours. Punch-in-the-face. But not that bad... Puchased @ Getränkefeinkost Leipzig

Medium tan head over almost black beer. Nutty, black cardamome - very outspoken - toffee, nearly treacle. Bitter chocolate and again black cardamome, if less prominent. Dark malts, melanoidins. Very full bodied, alcoholwarming, well carbonated. Quite good Imperial Stout - another one from Austria, of all places. Txs to Stef!

Obviously aged sample Very good cream-coloured head over clear, deep ruby beer. Nutty, portwine, oxydation triumphing. Raisins, bisquit, banana. Ripe banana, dry walnuts, unsweetened portwine. Oxydation, oatmeal cakes or rice wafers. Old reed seatings. Thinned from aging, low carbonation, bit slick. Really aged, of course, but certainly not bad! Txs to Stef!
