Biruski Profile

Golden red with a tall white head that fizzles off quickly. Sweet plum with plenty of acidic tartness to it. Some citrus and lemon brightness. Finish is long and acidic. Lovely.

Hazy orange with a thin white head. Candied tropical fruit juice, light citrus, a bit of malt. Full bodied. Light tangy finish. I like the sweeter candied fruit. Solid.

Pale hazy golden with a white head that fizzles off very quickly. Tropical fruit and sweet toasted malt. Thin bodied. Decent.

Beautiful garden elevated above the city streets. The beer is from the local Franconia area- the waiter made it a point to tell me they source their beer close to the restaurant. I had a helles and dunkle- both were excellent. Service was great. The pierogis were fantastic. Was crowded near dinner so a reservation is recommended. Great spot for good beer, food, and atmosphere.

Expansive beer garden covered by old chestnut trees providing great shade. We were there early afternoon so did self-service- pretty simple. You go up, grab the food or beers you want, pay and head back to your table. The guy pouring the beers this visit was kind of douchey, but he was the only thing that wasn’t great about the place. Large children’s playground. Convenient location near the central station.

A little malt. Some sweet notes along with aged hops. Medium bodied. It’s ok but has seen better days.

Copper with a white head. Malty, toasted, light fruit, a bit of zest. Medium bodied. Finish has light pepper. Very nice!
