Biruski Profile

Medium dark copper. Notes of fruit, alcohol, candied dried fruits, raisin. Medium body. It strikes me as a dubbel light in many respects. It’s decent.

Orange with a white head. Bold pine, resin, light citrus with background toasted malts. Medium bodied. Finish has a good bitter bite. Nice brew.

Copper with a small head. Citrus followed by pine with caramel malt sweetness. Medium to full body. Finish has a good bitter bite without being too heavy handed. Nice beer.

Golden with a white head. Full of clean citrus fruit, tropical fruits (pineapple, mango), pine resin and a hint of toasted malt. Medium bodied. Finish has a snappy bitterness. Very nice beer.

Deep brown with a tan head. Malty, lightly toasted/roasted, some cocoa, earthy notes. Medium bodied. A light bitter/roasted malt finish. Very solid top to bottom.

Oh dang, this is good. Orange with a white head. Citrus and pine with a good hunk of dank notes. Some sweeter malts to balance. Full bodied with a bitter and sweet finish. I’d drink plenty more of this.

Clear golden with a white head. Lemony, bright citrus zest, a hint of funk, pepper, a light hay. Medium body with plenty of carbonation. Finish has lemon and pepper notes. Quite nice.
