Biruski Profile

Golden orange with a white head. Malty, bright citrus with some tropical, light resin. Medium to full body. Finish is sweet malt with bright citrus. This seems built backwards. The malt is bold and the hops reserved. Flip that script and this is a winner.

Deep brown with a tan head. Dark malts, well toasted malt, chocolate, light vanilla, toffee, some roasted notes. Medium bodied. Finish has a lingering sweetness and dark malts. Quite a nice porter.

Orange with a fizzy white head. Has a sweet citrus profile over a pale malt backbone. Not really a lot going on here. Medium bodied. Finish is the same. Nothing wrong with this but very pedestrian.
