Black with a beige head. Dark roasted malts, bourbon, chocolate, earth, vanilla. Body is lighter than expected. Finish is hot with bourbon. Similar to others in this “series” the beer does not come together in a seamless fashion but feels compartmentalized and abrupt as we move through it. It’s a nice beer but is missing that refined quality.

Pale, clear gold with a white head. Intense dank aroma with a little sweetness. Flavor is similar with the dank notes overpowering all else. Not a ton of bitterness on the back. If you like dank this is the one for you because that’s all it is.

Orange with a white head. Malty with some grapes and fruit notes. It feels a bit mushy and flabby. Not a ton of unique hop notes. It’s fine.

Black with a thin beige head. Body is thick and oily smooth. Big sweet bites with chocolate, maple, vanilla, wood, some roasted notes, with small amounts of dark fruit. Finish is long with sweet maple and some bittersweet cocoa. A luxurious and slow sipper.

Very dark brown to black with a beige head. Some sweet chocolate up front, burnt malt, dark fruits, earthy, dry cocoa, a bit of spicy pepper. Full bodied. Finish is long with roasted malts, cocoa, and dark fruit with peppery heat. It’s a lovely beer.

Clear copper with a tall white head. Clean grassy hops, pale toasted malts, crackers. Medium bodied. Finish has a sharp and lingering grassy bitterness. This was an excellent surprise and a tasty lager.
