Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of citrus fruits, grapefruit, lemon and lime, tropical and pine. Taste also very citrus dominant, orange, grapefruit, lemon and lime, pine and citrus rinds giving it a nice bitterness. Light bodied. Pleasant easy drinking session gear.

500ml neon blue bottle, bottled 2025.09. New brewery and region tick.
Pours crystal clear, very dull very pale yellow. Aroma of rice, melon, maybe a hint of vanilla. Taste of rice, umami, lychee, melon, again a hint of vanilla I think, nice sweetness, very warming booze to finish.
Still a newbie to sake but really enjoyed this one.

330ml can. Pours a very dark brown, opaque, head is basically the same colour. Aroma of chocolate ice cream, bourbon. Taste of melted chocolate ice cream, boozy bourbon, and that's about it. Extremely thick body.
Fair play it does what it says on the tin, and it is delicious but... Execution is questionable.

440ml can. Pours a very hazy golden with a white head, looking more like a NEIPA, some floaties too. Aroma of orange, marmalade, tangerine. Taste features lots of orange and marmalade, grapefruit, pine, decent lingering bitterness to finish. Medium bodied.
Decent but not the best example of the style.

440ml can. Murky yellow gold with a small white head. Aroma of mango, melon, grape, gooseberry. Taste of guava and mango, grape, melon, lots of gooseberry to finish, a bit dank and herbal, finally some vinous notes. Medium bodied.

440ml can. Murky yellow gold with a white head. Aroma of mango, grapefruit, peach, lime. Taste is very tropical, juicy mango, peach, lychee, pithy citrus, piney resin. Medium bodied. Interesting yeast.

355ml can. Very dark brown with a frothy tan head. Aroma of chocolate, liquorice, coffee, caramel. Taste is the same, chocolate, caramel, roast malts, liquorice, bitter finish. Medium-ish body.

440ml can. Slightly hazed golden with a white head. Aroma of orange and grapefruit. Taste is citrusy, orange, mandarin, grapefruit, also a bit peachy and a bit of Haribo sweets. Medium-ish body.
Pretty nice APA (don't agree with the brewery saying its a hazy) but it has the sweetness of one so... yeah...
