Pulled out of the back of the fridge, because Lachlan turned the fridge up to 5 and it was at risk of freezing. A mostly clear yellow straw coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is earthy cereal, straw, damp hay, light tang, lemon squeeze. Flavour is composed of light earthy grains, cereal, green straw, light zippy citrus, apple esters. Palate is light semi crisp, light grains, moderate carbonation. Held up pretty well since ~ 2018?

Cask at the moon under water Watford Jdw. A clear yellow straw coloured pour with a loose white head that fades. Aroma is light floral notes elderflower, straw,, parma violets. Flavour is composed of light grains, lilt, tropical notes, peach melba, floral pear. Palate is light semi crisp, decent cask condition. Ok. Quite pleasant.

Cask at the moon under water Watford Jdw. A clear amber orange coloured pour with a a lasting speckled beige head. Aroma is nutty, twiggy malts, rye bread, apple, brown sugars.. Palate is thin, mineraly, fine carbonation. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, nutty, chalky mineral, thin dry bread, rye, light dried fruits. Meh.

Flavour is composed of medium sweet, oily, intense dark malts, liquorice, intense dark malts, woody dark roast, meaty. Palate is oily, slick , mellow carbonation.

Aroma is brown bread, wheaty grains, banana bread, leafy, clove, Flavour is composed of semi sweet, nutty malts, brown banana bread, light tang, autumnal notes,. Pretty fresh and clean. Palate is semi sweet, crisp, highish carbonation.

can at home picked up from Brewdoge online. A hazed amber brown coloured pour with a lasting khaki head. Aroma is zesty lemon, fresh, biscuity malts, floral notes, nutty, some alcohol. Palate is semi sweet, some resin, moderate carbonation. Flavour is composed of layered malts, nutty, brown bready, pine resin, pine sap, lemon zippy, zesty, firm bitterness. Not bad.
