Wet grass, wet pepper, leather, hay. Sour green apple, hay, bell peppers. Bitter chili burn, soft bretty notes. A nice little experiment.

Apricot, plum, mango, guava, blood orange. Sour apricot, guava, lime, jam-like maltiness, sweetish mango. Tart stone fruit, bitter piney & grapefruity hops. Perfectly balanced, Totem strikes again.

Cloudy black, stable, foamy, dark beige head. Gingerbread, allspice, clove, cinnamon, dark chocolate. Sweet chocolate & cookie spices galore. Bitter spices, earthy hops, chocolate, some warming alcohol. Very spicy but it works well within the base beer, nice!

Apple peel, unripe pear, yeast, clove. Bittersweet apple peel, yeast, dry bread. Grassy hops, yeast, unripe yellow fruit. Inoffensive but remains very much understated.

From the Stacks stand. Intense maple syrup, dark fudge, vanilla, bourbon. Very sweet maple syrup, caramel, chocolate sauce, undercurrent of berries. Herbal & earthy hops, maple, bourbon alcohol. Full body, viscous texture, soft carbonation. Not super complex but definitely delicious.

From the Stacks stand. Murky 'appelblauwzeegroen', no head. Banana slushie, blueberry, lime, kiwi, yoghurt. Sweet banana, sour blueberry, yoghurt. Very thick slushie texture. Very very weird, but it works in a gimmicky way, and it drew all the eyes when going around at the festival.
