Can from Mr. Hop.
A: hazy dark brown, small, foamy, off-white head.
A: dried grapefruit peel, fried mushroom, red onion, toast, vague paint.
T: restrainedly sweetish dried fruits, nuts, very bitter grapefruit, earthy mushroom, toast.
F: very bitter earthy hops, bit peppery, red onion, citrus peel.
P: medium body, moussy texture, soft carbonation.
Pretty intense and bitter but lacks some genuine hop aroma.

Can from Mr. Hop.
A: hazy orange, small, foamy, off-white head.
A: orange peel, melon, overripe passion fruit, biscuit, unripe strawberry, scallion.
T: sweetish mandarin & melon, biscuit, bitter grapefruit & orange peel.
F: very bitter resinous hops, grapefruit, orange peel, bit peppery.
P: medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation.
Just a bit messy but enjoyable.

24 December 2025. Christmas Eve tasting - cheers to the family! Bottle from a Mostar bar.

A: hazy black, small, frothy, tan head.
A: very subtle coffee bean, cigarette ash, earth.
T: restrainedly sweetish fondant, raisin, coffee.
F: bitter earthy hops, bit metallic, ash.
P: medium body, watery texture, average carbonation.
Not enough flavour nor body, too bad.

24 December 2025. Christmas Eve tasting - cheers to the family!

Hazy deep red, small, foamy, pinkish head. Aroma of cherry pit & juice, almond & marzipan, vanilla, yoghurt, ripe nectarine, red grape, wild raspberry, wood, some red candy. Taste has sour nectarine, sweet cherry & raspberry in a yoghurty, almondy malt body with notes of lactic acid and vanilla. Tart cherry pit in the finish, grape skin-like woody tannins, sweetish red wine and a whiff of bourbon (vanilla). Medium body, slick-moussy texture, average carbonation. Quite moreish but quite sweet at the same time. Nice to have but nothing special either.
