A: hazy yellow, stable, small,, foamy, off-white head.
A: fresh peach, papaya, physalis, mint.
T: sweetish peach, papaya & grape; spicy mint & shallot.
F: floral hops, juicy stone fruit, softly bitter citrus rind.
P: medium body, fluffy texture, soft carbonation.
Very solid, just the right amount of accents.
A: hazy yellow, stable, small,, foamy, off-white head.
A: fresh peach, papaya, physalis, mint.
T: sweetish peach, papaya & grape; spicy mint & shallot.

A: cookie spices, raisin, red apple, biscuit.
T: sweetish apple & pear, cookie, clove, cinnamon.
F: herbal hops, lots of spices, bit harshly bitter.
P: medium body, fluffy texture, soft carbonation.
Slightly off-balance but decent.

T: sweetish raisin, bitter fondant, biscuit, some caramel.
F: earthy hops, toast, coffee, ash.
P: medium body, creamy texture, average carbonation.
Surprisingly bitter; good balanced Pastry.
