Clear brown, thin, tan head. Aroma of vanilla, wood, red apple, banana, raisin, bourbon. Taste has sweet raisin, apple & banana in a milk-chocolatey, brown-bready, slightly nutty malt body. Bitter earthy hops in the finish, lingering dried fruits, some spices and warming bourbon alcohol. Medium to full body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Tasty sipper with subtle complexity.

Hazy dark brown, thin, tan head. Aroma of candied fig, date jam, raisin, pear, wet wood, vanilla, brandy. Taste has sweet date, fig & raisin in a toffee-, jam- & 'kramiek'-like malt body, tad sourish too. Herbal hops in the finish, a softly bitter toastiness, more dried fruits, vanilla and warming bourbon alcohol. Medium to full body, oily texture, average carbonation. Enjoyable aged character.

A: hazy pale golden, stable, foamy, white head.
A: pale malt, unbaked bread, yeast, unripe banana.
T: sweetish apple & banana, bread dough, clove.
F: floral hops, yellow fruits, spices, touch of boozy vodka-like alcohol.
P: medium body, oily texture, average carbonation.
Not very refined.

A: hazy pale yellow, small, white head.
A: gooseberry, passion fruit, unripe strawberry, bread crust.
T: sweetish mandarin, bitter berry skin, touch of lime.
F: soft piney hops, berry, citrus peel.
P: medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation.
Quite subtle.
