A: clear golden, small, off-white head.
A: coriander, fennel, aniseed, cannabis.
T: sweet plum & apple, bitter herbs, dank cannabis, bit soapy.
F: herbal hops, yellow fruits, soap, alcohol.
P: medium body, slick texture, average carbonation.
Quite crudely executed, herbal and alcoholic.

Can from Stacks.
A: clear golden, quickly thinning, off-white head.
A: musty grape, plum, apricot, old white wine, sourdough.
T: sweetish-sour plum & grape, citrus, breadcrust.
F: bitter grassy hops, citrus peel & grape skin, touch of sherry.
P: medium body, slick texture, average carbonation.
Somewhat dry & bitter but lacks that touch of 'nobility' for a Brut.

Can from Beer Republic.
A: hazy bright yellow, small, foamy, white head.
A: grass, pine, lime, grapefruit, dill, shallot, wort.
T: sweetish pineapple & mandarin, bitter grapefruit & pine, wort.
F: bitter grassy & piney hops, citrus pith & grapefruit.
P: medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation.
Bit raw for a NEIPA, was probably past its best.

Bottle from Hopduvel.
A: clear red, thin, off-white head.
A: sour cherry, redcurrant, raspberry, passion fruit, wood, yoghurt.
T: very sour cherry, raspberry, passion fruit, lactic acid.
F: tart cherry pit, passion fruit, lemon, vinegar.
P: medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation.
Sharp sourness, very tasty.

A: hazy yellow, small, frothy, off-white head.
A: pineapple, white onion, ripe lime, hashish, citrus zest.
T: sweetish pineapple, bitter grapefruit, onion, pine.
F: piney hops, dank hashish, onion & citrus pith.
P: medium body, slick-watery texture, soft carbonation.
Good but FrauGruber has done better.
