Old bread crust, old hops, grass, hay. Sour plum, green apple, sourdough. Tart citrus zest, some bitter old grassy hops. Bit more rustic, bitter and malty rather than funky.
Damp cellar, attic, dust, wet straw, cheese rind, horseblanket. Sour apricot, lemon, leather, attic. Tart bretty notes, woody tannins, funky cheese, mouth-puckering. Lovely funky stuff!
Farmland or pasture, grass, manure, old apples. Sweetish apple, bitter grass. Dry grassy hops, straw, dry bread, wheat. Quite literally a 'Farmhouse Ale'.
Lemon zest, mandarin peel, lime, Napoléon candy, ripe apricot. Sour mandarin, lime, lemon acid, biscuity malts. Tart lemon zest. Old fashioned-style beer indeed, lovely!
Dough, lime, papaya, white peach. Sweetish peach, citrus pith, bread crust & dough. Dry, crisp, floral hops, citrus. Fluffy texture. Very clean, nice!

A: hazy yellow, no head.
A: overripe peach, plum, hay, sourdough.
T: very sour peach & nectarine, lactic acid, citrus zest.
F: tart stone fruit pit, bretty notes of wood & hay.
P: medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation.
Solid Lambic, cleanly exposing the stone fruit funk.

A: hazy red, small, foamy, pink head.
A: pralines, cherry, raspberry coulis, children's yoghurt, red candy.
T: sweet-sour cherry, red candy, jam, touch of chocolate.
F: tart cherry, yoghurt & jam.
P: medium body, slick-sticky texture, average carbonation.
Just a tad too sticky, perhaps a bit more body could have helped out here.
