A: hazy ochre, thin, white head.
A: melon, peach, orange peel, pine, biscuit, strawberry.
T: sweet melon & peach, mandarin, biscuit, pine.
F: floral & piney hops, bittersweet orange peel & peach.
P: medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation.
Simple and balanced.

Bottle from a Durbuy shop - many thanks to Anke! Gusher! Hazy orange, small, foamy, off-white head. Aroma of apricot, overripe nectarine, sourdough, grape, sherry, wood, sour cream. Taste has sour grape & apricot, some sweetish mandarin in a honeyish, jam-like malt body; funky sour cream (lactic acid) leads the way to a tart finish of woody tannins, lactic acid and warming sherry alcohol. Medium body, slick-moussy texture, fizzy to average carbonation. Enjoyable despite a slightly infected profile.

Can from Mr. Hop (?).
A: hazy black, stable, foamy, beige head.
A: prune, raisin, chocolate sauce, pecan, coffee, brown bread.
T: sweetish prune & fig, dark chocolate & pecan, coffee, touch of vanilla.
F: peppery hops, bit earthy, bitter coffee, warming whisky-like alcohol.
P: full body, oily texture, soft carbonation.
Very solid.
