Clear 750ml via Press Online. Couple months of settling in the fridge & it's still just a bit murky. Mojito glass at home.

Strong pop of the cap & hard sizzle. Somewhat hazy, mellow honey gold.
Gently sweet, citrus peel, veggy, nutty, floral honey nose.
Tart & sweet with a stiff pith. Bright red apple, a little yuzu, soft earth. Not overly complex. Strong & constant Pet Nat carb, sulftite headache, low abv, good quaff.

Decent.

See through, raspberry iced-tea body. Quick soda spritz.
Super fresh strawberry nose, grass, rich grape skins, with a hint of bitter-tart cherry pits.
Taste is earthy, tart & slightly greasy cherry, over sharp & slightly funky floral apple. Developing apple tannins, bubblegum, watermelon jolly rancher, watery wine. Lower abv but it has some warmth. Residual tart apple & cherry funk with some rice sweetness.

Good if a little pedestrian.

Latest vintage, always completely different blend, via their seasonal subscription.

Mojito glass at home. Intentionally still, pale gold, settled, sweaty glass.
Fruity, mulchy, soft berry, cedar nose.
Fruity, lightweight, sweet apricot, obvious goldrush apple, wine-y, subtle tannins. This is so different from last year.
Thin, creamy, strong for 7.5%.

Good again.

Bottle from their summer cider club. Sleeping on the shelf & a few days in the fridge. Stemless wine glass at home.

Pale faded gold, translucent, bubble pour.
Confectionary, earth, vanilla oak, gentle sweet pear nose.
Bittersweet leaning sweet, very smokey, initially off-putting plastic phenols that eventually die down, sharp kiwi, odd vanilla, slight savoriness on the tail.
Nicely acidic & tannic, incredible bubbles, slightly sour finish.

A little stiff but could be good with age.

Soft floral & a little lemon on the nose.
Off-dry to dry. Tart & moderately-high tannins, lemon.
Talcy, faint yeast, good white wine.
Thin, gentle spritz.

Clear, pale gold, still.
Earth, vineyard strawberry, stuffy nose.
Gentle acidity, mellow tannins, near dry, bright, a little cream. Slight, slight sweet vinegar.

Pedestrian & decent.
