330 ml red waxed bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 13.6%. Hops are Chinook and Challenger. Cloudy dark brown colour, small beige head. Boozy aroma of bourbon and oak, hints of dried figs and some hops. Rich and warming mouthfeel. Flavour of oak, bourbon, malts, brown sugar, dried figs, moderate bittering hops.

330 ml bottle at a stiff price, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. Black colour, moderate to small tan head. Distinct and boozy aroma of Scotch whisky, oak, brown sugar and dried figs. Warming and rich mouthfeel. Sweet and rich flavour with the same elements as the aroma. Moderate hops.

440 ml can, as Amundsen x Outer Range Slopestyle Hazy IPA, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 7.3%. Hazy yellow colour, moderate to small white head. Distinct aroma of apricots, peaches and mango. The flavour has distinct piney / resinous notes, also notes of said fruits. Medium bitter finish.

330 ml can, as Rygr Utgard Grapefrukt IPA, from Rema 1000, Tau. ABV is 4.7%. Hazy yellow colour, just a very thin and shortlived white head. Unclean aroma where grapefruit dominates. Thin mouthfeel. Flavour of grapefruit and other citrus fruits. Moderate bitterness.

330 ml can, as Rygr Sure Peter 4 Plommesorter fra Hardanger Fruktig Surøl, from Rema 1000, Tau. ABV is 4.7%. Murky orange colour, no head. Aroma of plums, some lactic acid. Very moderate carbonation. Moderately sour flavour of plums and lactic acid, some lactose sweetness. I like to eat the 4 plum varieties that are added to this brew, but that does not necessarily mean that I want them in my beer. Still, an occasional can of this plum beer won't hurt anyone.

440 ml can, as Polly's Something Fantastic Oatcream Triple IPA, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 10.5%. Murky yellow colour, moderate white head, good lacing. Aroma of various tropical fruits, oatmeal and a little citrus. Rich mouthfeel. Sweet flavour with the said elements, also distinct alcohol and notes of lactose, partly balanced by a moderate but noticeable hop bitterness.

440 ml can, from Vinmonopolet, Netttbutikken. ABV is 6.7%. Marketed by Locals Only Brewing Co. Brewed in Portugal by Mean Sardine, for Conceitos Destilados, LDA, Portugal. Murky yellow colour, large to moderate white head. Aroma of pineapple, peaches and papaya. Flavour of citrus and said fruits, a moderate to low resinous bitterness in the finish.

330 ml can, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 5.0%. Hazy brown colour, moderate white head. Aroma of old jam, caramel and juniper twigs. Flavour of citrus, a little caramel (but not too sweet) and juniper berries. Moderate bitterness. Nice and refreshing.
