440 ml can, as Amundsen Birds of a Feather Hazy IPA, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 7.2%. Murky yellow colour, moderate white head. Aroma of oranges, tangerine, mango and passionfruit. Citric flavour with the same elements. Moderate bitterness. Very nice beer.

330 ml slimline can, as Vault City Toffee Nut Latte Imperial Stout, from Vinmonopolet Stavanger Tasta. ABV is 11%. Pitch black colour, minimal brown head. Distinct aroma of roasted nuts, peanut butter, toffee and chocolate, also roast malts, vanilla, lactose and hints of coffee. Very sweet flavour with the same elements. A dessert stout for sharing. I won't buy again.

Shared 330 ml cans at Mandag i Annen, Cardinal, Stavanger. "Grocery store strength" cider, made of the versatile Karin Schneider apple variety. Pleasant aroma and flavour of said apples. Some residual sweetness. Easy drinking.

330 ml bottle in excessive packaging, from Vinmonopolet Stavanger Tasta. ABV is 16%: Pitch black colour, minimal brown head of poor retention. Aroma of molasses, fusel, chocolate, coffee, oak and tokaji sweet wine. Very sweet flavour with the same elements, more distinct tokaji now, also distinct bittering hops. Not superbly balanced. Way overpriced.

440 ml can, from Vinmonopolet Sandnes Kvadrat. Pale straw colour, moderate to small white head. Aroma of wheat, citrus and moderate coriander seeds.Distinctly wheaty and citric flavour, modest coriander and hops in the finish. Refreshing.
