375ml bottle. Slightly hazy golden with a massive frothy white head, great retention. Aroma of light funk, yeast, vinous, citrusy hops. Taste is yeasty, citrus fruits, vinous, peel, lemon zest, mild bitterness. Medium body, soft mouthfeel, average carbonation. Really nice.

Draft @ ML Fontainas as Dry Hopped and bretted saison.

On tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, pours a clear gold with some frothy white head. Nose has grist, flowers, lemon, green grape, some green leafy notes. Flavor has grist, flour, honey, chamomile tea, flowers, a little buttery, hints of wood. Finishes dry, a little oily. Very drinkable.

Keg at the Bottle Shop - Bermondsey. Pours clear yellow-gold with a creamy, white head. Sturdy saison yeast in the nose, some green herbs, citrus peel, wheat bread. Light to medium sweet flavour with a strong note of grapefruit, ripening lemon, some grass, urine, mild pine, subdued yeast, pale grains. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with further pissy hops, grapefruit, pale bread, low bitterness. Some white grape. Good one.
