Aus der Flasche (bottled 17.07.2024/bbe 17.07.2029) im 2025-06 getrunken. Eine echt spannende Interpretation eine sehr klassischen Bierstil. Der Roggeneinfluß und der Einfluss von Ostfladern wo Struise braut, bringt eine feine Frucht und ist das eine Robustasäure ins Glas. Auf hohe 10% hätte ich blind nie getippt. Ein tolles Bier!

Brown bottle, 33 cl, 2022 vintage, batch 20240046, via SAQ - Aylmer on 4 April 2025, bottled on 17/07/24, best before 17/07/29, enjoyed on 17 April 2025; eye: black, opaque, no effervescence, small ring of bubbles and islands of brown head, slight lacing; nose: bourbon, malt, light spices, alcohol, light aniseed; mouth: bourbon, malt, light spices, alcohol, lightly sourish, sourish finale with presence of aniseed, a little thin, below-average carbonation, lightly sweet, slick texture; in summary: a little disappointing

Bouteille brune, 33 cl, millésime 2022, lot 20240046, via SAQ - Aylmer le 4 avril 2025, embouteillée le 17/07/24, meilleure avant 17/07/29, savourée le 17 avril 2025; œil : noire, opaque, pas d’effervescence, petit anneau de bulles et îlots de mousse brune, très légère dentelle; nez : bourbon, malt, léger épices, alcool, léger anis; bouche : bourbon, malt, léger épices, alcool, léger aigrelet, finale aigrelette avec présence d’anis, un peu mince, carbonatation sous la moyenne, légèrement sucrée, texture coulante; en résumé : un brin déçu
