Can shared at the Canary wharf tasting 16/02/2016. Many thanks to Leighton for this one. Clouded bright yellow / straw coloured pour with a small loose white head. Aroma is straw, raw grains, juicy hop, grassy citrus, lemon and pineapple. Palate is grainy, medium bodied, highish carbonation. Flavour is composed of raw fresh grains, little lemon rind, mango, doughy, hit of pineapple. Mellow easy going hop bitterness. Well put together,

Level 42 Tasting. Big cheers to Leighton for hauling this one back. Can. Very hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and semi dry, good fine carbonation. Fluffy malts, sweetish with a little cream. Piney pineapple hops (why do all the hops taste pineappley tonight?). Light hop spice. Light semi dry finish. A very light DIPA, but well hopped and very drinkable.

Can shared on the 42nd floor - big thanks to the Sandman. Pours unclear gold with a frothy white head. The aroma has some lemon peel, white grape, hints of grapefruit. Medium sweet flavor with nice citrus juice, mellow lemon tang, light pale bread, minimal bitterness. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Nicely balanced finish, some further white grape, lemon, tangerine. Good stuff. Very easy drinking.

Can thanks to Leighton on level 42. It pours cloudy pale gold with a medium white head. The nose is earthy, stinky, grassy, hint of spring onion, pineapple, oily, pina colada and dull herbal notes. The taste is bitter, sticky, pineapple, tropical fruit action, tinned fruits, earthy, straw, grassy and danky with a dry, grassy finish. Medium body and average carbonation. Juicy and fruity, but not a whole lot to it.
